售前技术支持工程师

工作职责：

1.To let our business partner and B2B customer knows full function feature on Epson product by providing solution demo / technical training / Technical consulting /On site system integration support

2.To let business partner and B2B customer integrate Epson product into their system environment by providing on-site tech. consulting/ on-site tech. testing/gather and define customer system requirement / project management 

3.To let partner and B2B customer propose new product/solutions by explore market needs / needs survey on projects /customer demand and propose new function/product with Product Marketing and Sales

要求：

1.Software engineering, bachelor degree or above

2.at least 3 years working experience, and prior if have printer/SCN tech. support experience or project management experience

3.Basic knowledge and experience on Network

4.Able to understand customer net-work structure to define customer requirement

5.Able to configure/set up/install peripheral device into customer system such as server

6.Able to prepare solution by co-work with headquarter, and propose solution options to customer

7.Logic thinking / Team work / Willing to study new thing

8.English Writing & Reading is must

9.Better in English conversation ability for communicate with Headquarter to solve customer tech. issue

10.Accept frequent short-term biz trip
