Job Profile for Payroll Specialist

Mission

Maximize our Human Resources initiatives to strengthen our Vision, Business Idea, and Human Resource Idea to make IKEA Organisation the Best Employer in China.

Main Responsibilities

Payroll

? Ensure timely and accurate salary-and-relative calculation, IIT claim and payment for both TE & local co-workers of IKEA China.

? Keep IKEA's payroll-and-relative operations legally compliant and consistent.

? Master the payroll system and ensure data in the system is accurate and updated. 

Compensation and Benefits

? Understand the IKEA internal C&B system for both TE and local co-workers.

? Ensure both mandatory social benefits and IKEA internal benefits are administrated in a right and timely manner. 

? Assist China C&B Manager to participate in compensation and benefits survey annually.

Communication

? Be the liaison with HR Contact of Business Unit for payroll related events and issues.

? Communicate payroll related information to all IKEA China co-workers and Transferred Employees under necessary condition.

? Communicate with local vender for necessary information exchange.

Administration

? Ensure all Payroll & IIT related documents and files are kept in a good and confidential manner.

What we want

Knowledge & Skill

? University study background with Bachelor degree

? Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferably in MNC environment

? Capability to communicate effectively in English, and good at office software.

? Strong communication, coordination and organization skills.

? Solid payroll operation experience (SAP system background is preferred)

? Experience with foreign management and staff a plus
