Role: as R&D representative between plant operation and R&D center

Responsibilities:

1. For DV project: support Lead Engineer for R&D tasks before GW5 in case include support try out

2. Lead R&D task in series project team with LE and R&D Center function team approval according to Design/Development process. 

3. Regular report to R&D Center leader task status:

1) Full responsibility of project series phase in product lifecycle.

2) Implement R&D Center latest process and product knowledge in project.

3) Report the project critical information in R&D Center-function manager.

4) Ensure to transfer the design issues L&L back to R&D Center in time.

5) Raise potential VAVE proposal to R&D center CN.

6) Do the case study assigned by R&D Center/Series Project Manager.

Requirements:

1.   Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or related.

2.   Basic knowledge of CATIA V5 and VPM.

3.   Familiar with Quality Tools SPC, FMEA, 8D, etc.    

4.   Familiar with Automotive industry process and norm (TS16949, APQP).

5.   Good understanding of GD&T.

6.   Strong technical background in plastic injection and metal stamping preferred.

7.   Experienced on complex assembled-product 

8.   Fluency in oral and written Korean
