1. 负责港汇广场酒店式公寓的前台接待和客户服务。
2. 协助完成客人入住和退房以及投诉处理等工作。

应聘要求:
1. 中专或以上学历,酒店、旅游或英语、日语专业优先,日语或英语能够交流。
2. 具有三星级以上酒店,或高档住宅客服或前台经验优先。
3. 1年以上工作经验,同时欢迎特别优秀的应届生。
4. 了解客户服务的工作内容和专业要求,具备独立为客户解决问题的能力。
5. 工作主动性强,热情待客,认真负责,有亲和力。
6. 可按照公司安排的工作时间轮班(长夜班:20:00-次日8:00)。
