内部销售（Inside Sales/Internal Sales）

Responsibility:

Customer & Distributors Management

- Monitor Customers & distributors’ sales activity. Resolve the conflict of distributors and key accounts.

- Handle customers’ complaints.

Inside Sales Operation

- Sell products/services primarily through phone and emails to assigned accounts and qualified leads.

- Execute contract renewals, price negotiation and volume discounts for customer retention and continued business.

- Provide necessary training to distributors for managing data, forecast, POS & new product.

- Check and Monitor PO & SO condition, communicate with CS and logistics team to meet customers' demand.

Sales Supporting

- maintain relationship with existing accounts and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Collect and Maintain customer information, product information in the system.

- Do data analysis. Provide necessary system information, sales data to sales.

Other work assigned by superiors.

Requirement:

- College degree or above.

- Good English both in speaking and writing. Japanese is plus.

- Familiar with operation of JDE or other similar system.

- At least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service or Sales Assistant. Experience in communicating with oversea factory directly is preferred.

- Strong communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.

- Aggressive, independent, hard-working, service-oriented and well-organized. Strong sense of responsibility and innovation.
