汽车电子/电器测试工程师

职责Responsibility:

1. 按客户要求，沟通确定测试规范，包括测试条目，测试方法，达成标准。

Discuss and define test procedure including test item, test method and pass criteria based on customer requirement.

2. 与客户和合作方一起制定，维护电子电器的测试计划。

Define and maintain plan of EE test.

3. 管理第三方的测试进程，并有能力进行试验准备和执行电子电气测试。

Manage the test process of the third party, and have the ability to prepare for the test and execute the EE test.

4. 管理电子电器测试结果，报告和其他客户所需的交付物。

Manage EE test results, reports and other deliverables required by customers.

5. 按8D流程主导测试失效的调查，推进相关方8D报告的完成。

Lead the investigation of test failure according to 8D process and promote the completion of 8D report of relevant parties.

6. 定期向内部和客户汇报测试进展，及时汇报测试失效，快速响应客户诉求。

Regularly report test progress to internal and customers, timely report test failure, and quickly respond to customer demands

7. 钻研测试法规，积累和总结测试经验，改进测试方法，优化测试流程。

Study the test regulations, accumulate and summarize the test experience, improve the test methods and optimize the test process.

8. 协助和推动设计部门改进产品质量。

Assist and promote the design department to improve product quality.

9. 完成上级指派的其他工作任务。

Accept other responsibilities required by supervisor.

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，机电，控制，电力电子，车辆工程或动力机械相关专业

Bachelor or above，Major in Electromechanical, control, power electronics, vehicle engineering or power machinery.

2.     熟悉汽车电子电气产品测试相关的法律法规和常用的测试方法，设备。

Familiar with laws and regulations related to automotive electronic product testing and commonly used testing methods and equipment.

3. 熟悉汽车电子部件的工作原理。

Be familiar with the working principles of automotive electronic components.

4. 可以使用常用办公软件和测试数据分析工具。

Can use common office software and test data analysis tools.

5. 可以使用常用的质量工具，例如FTA, 8D。

Can use common quality tools, such as FTA, 8D.

6. 具有团队合作精神，善于表达和沟通，积极进取，敢于承担，能在一定的压力下工作。 

Have team spirit, be good at expression and communication, be proactive, dare to undertake, and be able to work under certain pressure.

7. 可将英语作为书面语言或能使用日语。

Can use English as a written language or be proficient in Japanese.
