金峰集团拥有3家全资子公司和1家控股子公司，即金峰物流设备有限公司（简称“设备公司”）、金峰物联网技术有限公司（简称“物联网公司”）和金峰智能装备技术有限公司（简称“智能装备公司”），并投资控股金复凯物流科技（广州）有限公司。设备公司成立于2012年4月，总部位于苏州工业园区，2015年开始陆续成立了物联网公司和智能装备公司，并相继成立了广州、重庆、天津、郑州、沈阳办事处和上海规划设计研究院。公司设立智慧物流技术研究院，并组建工厂测试中心，用于技术研发和产品性能测试，目前已形成以苏州为中心，覆盖华东、华南、华中、华西、华北的全国性营销服务网络布局。

GINFON Group owns three wholly-owned subsidiaries and one holding subsidiary, i.e., GINFON Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Equipment Company"), GINFON IOT Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "IOT Company") and GINFON Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Intelligent Equipment Company"), and Jinfukai Logistics Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. held by investment. The Equipment Company was established in April 2012 and headquartered in Suzhou Industrial Park. Since 2015, it has successively established IOT Company and Intelligent Equipment Company, as well as offices in Guangzhou, Chongqing, Tianjin, Zhengzhou, Shenyang and Shanghai Planning and Design Institute. The company has set up intelligent logistics technology research institute and factory test center for technology R&D and product performance test. At present, it has formed a national marketing service network layout with Suzhou as the center, covering east China, south China, central China, west China and north China.
