Job description
This position belongs to the ‘Corporates and Professional
Services’ business unit. We are looking to hire a ‘Korean Speaking Business
Analyst’ who would work on research/consulting projects of varying complexities
for our clients (ranging from simple data-collection-intensive to data
analysis/insights-intensive projects) focusing on a variety of industries.
1. Understanding clients requirements (what needs to be done and
how), under the guidance of a project manager
2. Conducting extensive research on a variety of
research/consulting projects (mainly about Korea market)
a. Developing
knowledge of research topic
b. Data collection – primary and secondary
c. Data collation and analysis
d. Data presentation in English
e. Paying attention to details
3. Participating-in
brainstorming sessions for problem structuring, issue analysis & decision
tree analysis, hypothesis building & validation, development of insights
and recommendations (throughout the project)
4. Participating in client
communication (including both telephone and face-to-face discussions)
throughout project lifecycle
5.
Ensuring perfect delivery on tasks as allocated

Education
and experience
1. Language skills (verbal and
written):
a. Excellent English skills
b. Excellent Korean skills (TOPIK 5 and above)
2. Degree (bachelors and/or masters degree or equivalent)
3. 0-3 years of experience in market/business research and/or consulting
roles; should have experience in working on a variety of assignments (market
entry/expansion studies; in-depth industry reports; supply chain studies; etc.)
