一、岗位职责
1、负责电机控制器的电路设计和layout以及BOM管理.
Responsible for traction inverter schematic capture, layout design and BOM management.
2、负责根据需求来对功率半导体及相关电路器件如薄膜电容,外围电压电流传感器,母线进行选型。 Responsible for power semiconductor devices such as film/Y capacitor, external voltage/current sensor and busbar selection based on system specs.
3、负责系统层面的电气仿真来预估系统损耗和IGBT结温和效率估算。
Responsible for system-level simulation to predict system losses and IGBT junction temperatures and efficiency measurement.
4、负责逆变器的前期功能验证和优化,以确保产品能顺利通过DV测试。
Responsible for inverter system function verification and optimization, make sure the product could pass DV test.
5、协助软件工程师来对产品参数进行调整,以适应台架和整车的标定。
Cooperate with software engineers to adjust system variables in order to fulfill bench and vehicle calibration.
6、制定产品规格书,DV/PV计划,线下测试等文档,确保产品从原型到量产的顺利进行。
Draft documents like tranction inverter specifications, DV/PV plan, end-of-line test, etc. Go through the process from prototyping to mass production.
二、任职资格
1、本科及以上学历,电力电子,电气自动化相关专业等相关专业;
Bachelor degree or above;Major in power electronics, electrical engineering.
2、3年及以上电力电子硬件岗位工作经验,有汽车行业工作经验者优先。
At least 3 years power electronics hardware working experience, automotive industry experience is preferred.
3、熟悉IGBT,SiC MOSFET等高压大功率半导体器件的特性
Familiar with attributes of high power semiconductor devices like IGBT and SiC MOSFET.
4、熟悉薄膜电容,外围传感器和高压母线等器件的特性
Familiar with film capacitor, external voltage/current sensor and busbar.
5、熟悉逆变器工作原理 Familiar with principles of traction inverter works.
6、熟悉简单的电力电子热模型建立
Familiar with basic power electronics thermal model.
7、具备逆变器电路开发和优化能力, 包括控制电路和驱动电路。
Be ability of developing and optimizing inverter electric circuitry including control board and drive board.
8、具备功能安全ISO26262的知识,并将功能安全应用到产品开发之中。
Be ability of function safety development in the field of power electronic in order to meet the requirements of corresponding standards of ISO 26262.
9、掌握英语六级,进行英语日常交流;日语是加分项
CET-6 and above is must for oral and written English; Japanese is preferred.
