Main aim of job:

1. RMA management.

工作内容：

1）负责各类设备预算的收集、参与设备选型、制定采购计划、组织招标谈判、设备采购、制定付款计划；

2）负责供应商的开发、甄选、淘汰、考核及日常管理。依据项目需求，开发、优化供应商渠道；

3）管理固定资产的采购流程，负责付款台账及付款进度的管理；

4）采购合同的管理。

专业知识和技能

1）本科，有5年以上生产机器/设备以及刀具的采购；

2）熟悉采购流程和采购相关质量管理体系；

3）熟悉掌握Excel, Word, PPT等基本办公软件，熟悉SAP 优先；

4）英语听说读写流利。

Specific duties and responsibilities

1. Supports the Plant Management in defining the operational plan for the areas of his responsibility according to the company calendar, assessing the manufacturing and maintenance variables in terms of machine hours, direct/indirect hours, machines saturation, workers performance and machining/quality wastes;

2. Guarantees the implementation and progress of production plan, informing the Plant Management about deviations and anomalies;

3. Lead, coach, guidance, motivate and development of people；

4. Keep "Quality First" as the first priority when solving conflicts

5. To oversee the hardware maintenance and production operations.

6. To set up and/or improve the operation process to improve the work efficiency.

7. To work out production procedures and put into use to reduce the scraps and control the in-progress quality.

8. To manage the machinery, tooling and facility of the plant.

Specialized knowledge and skills

1. More than 7 years production management experience in production manufacturing company；

2. Good written and spoken English and Chinese capacity;

3. Good knowledge of machinery and maintainence and FMEA.

4. Basic knowledge of pneumatic and hydraumatic.

Specific duties and responsibilities

1. Develops production schedules in accordance with sales forecast, plant and employee capacity

2. Analyzes, plans, prepares, issues, and controls production schedules and coordinates with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements

3. Identify material constraints, and coordinate and expedite their resolution with responsible parties

4. Coordinate the efforts of cross functional groups and across shifts to resolve bottlenecks, parts shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues, and shop capacity

5. Reschedule workload within the framework of customer requirements and work center capacity to resolve constraints when applicable

6. Communicate and coordinate with production supervisors to ensure schedule adherence

7. Provide workload visibility to manufacturing

8. Ensure on time delivery of customer orders by monitoring and updating work order schedules for validity and accuracy

9. Work effectively with management and cross functional areas (Quality, Customer Service, Maintenance, Operations and Sales)

10. Analyze data to determine opportunities to decrease inventory, improve customer service levels and reduce total cost.

Specialized knowledge and skills

1. Ability to plan from raw material through finished product

2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel. Prior SAP experience preferred.

3. Knowledge of MRP system is desired, SAP and Trend applications preferred.

4. Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English

5. Associate’s degree with Bachelor’s degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related discipline

6. Prior experience with assembly line, scheduling, knowledge of multi-level bills of material and production planning experience in manufacturing preferred

Job Description:

1. Report to section manager and workshop manager. (matrix)

2. Assist section manager for daily injection molding shop operation and establish in technical improvement plan.

3. Assist work shop manager to develop full automation operation in injection shop.

4. Assist and keep continuous improvement programme in injection shop.

5. Set up technical requirement standard to deal with supplier and upgrade their technical standard if needed to meet ZAMA standard.

6. Fully understanding “Do It Right At The Frist Time” concept and implement into injection molding shop.

7. To be a coach to train present technician and assistant engineer to keep on working Tooling preventive maintenance programme.

Requirements:

1) Degree graduated in mechanical engineering or injection molding college is advantage.

2)10 years working experience in precision injection molding shop, fully understanding in deal with PPS, PA66,PA6 raw materials.

3) Familiar with 8 criterias injection molding condition.

4) Fully understanding FANUC injection molding machines operation from 10T up to 150T.

5) Familiar with full automation injection molding process is advantage. 

6) Understanding basic Tooling design knowledgeable. 

7) Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt is advantage) and familiar with Lean Manufacturing.
