Formal Education and Training
- Bachelor degree in preferably with an advanced degree in tax, finance and accounting, international foreign trade or law.
Occupational Experience
- Above 8 years experience in logistics, customs and trade experience , above 3 years managerial experience, good analytical ability and problem solving skills, team work, lean management
Additional Knowledge Requirements
- SAP/ERP applications
- Familiar with warehouse management, import & export process, local custom and CIQ regulations, international trade regulation and , ESH & Lean concept
- Oral/ written English is preferred.
Major duties: 主要职责:
1. Responsible for all customs declaration operations.
a) Take full responsibitliites of customs document to ensure the accurancy and compliance.
b) Ensure the accuracy of the routine import and export declarations, the new BOMs declaration and the accurate of the Handbooks.
c) Reconciliation between physical inventories with the records in Customs handbooks monthly.
d) Conduct all internal and external Customs Compliance audits.
e) Match the import and export declaration sheets with the data in Forex Management Bureau.
f) Manage the disposal of scraps within the allowances of Customs' approval.
g) Maintain a good relationship of related Customs departments.
2. Responsible for warehouse management.
a) Take full responsibilities of non-bonded and bonded warehouse to ensure the accuracy of computer-stock records compared to physical stock of items
b) Warehouse Planning, layouts and arrangements
c) Receiving, releasing and storage of inventory and sample stocks
d) Coordinating annual stock counts
e) Supervision and leadership of warehouse staff
f) Coordination of all outward freight arrangements
g) Annual review of freight charges and quotations comparisons
h) Insurance claims processing and attendance to claims inspections
i) Accuracy of computer-stock records compared to physical stock of items
j) Ensuring safe work practices are undertaken by all staff
k) Other reasonable duties, as and when requested for
l) Assist in hands-on receiving and dispatching of inventories
3. Create policies and procedures for warehouse and customs declaration.
4. Ensure all transaction in SAP is correctly and timely.
5. Supervision: leads, promotes, and motivates the employees within his/her area of responsibility (especially performance appraisal and goal setting agreement, successor and representative planning, personnel development and training measures).
6. Responsible for supporting Lean and internal audit project.
7. Under the arrangement, lead and support Lean project’s implementation.
8. Conduct regular internal audit implementation.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
