工作职责：
1. 制定和维护电驱动系统的标定计划和标定方案。
Define and maintain plan of electric drive-system calibration.
2. 执行电驱动系统的标定，数据分析，验证和结果汇报。
Implement electric drive-system calibration, data analysis, validation and result report.
3. 管理标定数据。
Manage calibration dataset.
4. 与客户一起参加电驱动相关的性能评估，评估标定状态。
Participate EDS performance evaluation together with customer, review calibration status.
5. 参加户外标定。
Do outdoor calibration and test with customer.
6. 对标定相关的客户需求和问题排查解决给出快速响应。
Fast reaction to customer requirement and trouble shooting.
7. 与客户和合作方一起制定、维护控制器的测试计划。
Define and maintain plan of inverter test.
8. 管理第三方的控制器测试进程，并有能力进行试验准备和执行控制器测试。
Manage the inverter test process of the third party, and have the ability to prepare for the test and execute the inverter/MCU test.
9. 管理控制器测试结果，报告和其他客户所需的交付物。
Manage inverter test results, reports and other deliverables required by customers.
10.按 8D 流程主导测试失效的调查，推进相关方 8D 报告的完成。
Lead the investigation of test failure according to 8D process and promote the completion of 8D report of relevant parties.
11.定期向内部和客户汇报测试进展，及时汇报测试失效，快速响应客户诉求。
Regularly report test progress to internal and customers, timely report test failure, and quickly respond to customer demands
12.钻研测试法规，积累和总结测试经验，改进测试方法，优化测试流程。
Study the test regulations, accumulate and summarize the test experience,improve the test methods and optimize the test process.
13.协助和推动设计部门改进产品设计。
Assist and promote the design department to improve product design.
14.完成上级指派的其他工作任务。
Accept other responsibilities required by supervisor.
