2.5 Week Payout Forecasting 5周薪酬预测
3.CBA & Retroactive Salary Increase Follow-up 追溯加薪跟进
4.Payroll Master Data Management 薪酬数据管理
5.Salary Contract Management 工资合同管理
6.Any other jobs as assigned 分配的其他任务
任职要求:
1.Education
Bachelor degree or above or equivalent本科及以上
2.Experience and Languages
3~5 years work experience.3-5年工作经验
Language: Mandatory - fluent in Korean,
Preferable - basic in English 英语韩语流利
3.Technical competencies (Job related)
Good skill in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint 办公室软件熟练,尤其Excel和PowerPoint
Analytical and systematic thinking skill 系统分析思考能力
Focus and attention to detail and accuracy 做事认真谨慎
Excellent internal customer relations 内部客户关系
Communication skill 沟通能力
