Major Duties:
1.Development and implementation of sales actions for business growths of machine vision products in assigned territory (East China);
2.Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned distributor accounts. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service and management resources, in order to meeting distributor performance objectives and distributors’ expectations;
3.Achieve assigned sales targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in designated distributor accounts;
4.Maintains high distributor satisfaction ratings that meet company standards;
5.Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame;
6.Sales activity reporting.
Job Requirements:
1.B.S degree or above;
2.2. Related major: Factory automation/Industry controlling/Electronic engineering/Imaging processing/Computer engineering/Optical and other related major for automation or computer;
3.Technical selling competence;
4.Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
5.At least 2-year sales experince in machine vision or related industry market. Understand the machine vision market very well;
6.Proactive attitude and growth and results driven ;
7.Team work and self-motivated;
8.Fluent in English and Mandarin;
9.Willing to travel frequently(30~50%).
