工作内容:
1. 参与培训工作计划制定;
2. 参与培训工作的实施,跟进与指导;
3. 参与相关业务培训报表的制作;
4. 负责公司员工英语授课、中文授课,和组织公司内部语言交流学习沙龙
5. 定期向上级汇报培训工作;
6. 与部门内外保持良好的沟通与协作。
工作要求:
1. 本科及以上学历;
2. 英语读、写熟练,如果有雅思、托福或托业职业英语等级证书者将优先考虑;
3. 拥有培训行业工作相关经历优先;
4. 热爱培训工作,有志在培训行业长期发展,有培训经验者,优先考虑;
5. 良好的计算机常用办公软件操作能力;
6. ABC及Native Speaker 优先考虑。
Job responsibilities:
1. Participate in training plan setting;
2. Participate in training work, and follow up with guidance;
3. Participate in the training related reports generation;
4. Responsible for English teaching, Chinese teaching, and the organization of English speaking Salon;
5. Report to supervisor;
6. Good communication and cooperation with internal and external departments.
Skills required:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Good English reading and writing skill. Certificates of IELTS, TOEFL or TOEIC will be preferred;
3. Working experience in training industry is preferred;
4. Have a passion for training, have a long-term development in the training industry and training experience is preferred;
5. Good computer skills in office software;
6. ABC or native speaker will be preferred.
