工作内容:
1)通过电话和e-mail为客户提供高标准的客户服务;
2)积极协调航空公司,酒店和其他合作伙伴的关系,促进顾客预定产品。
工作要求:
1)精通粤语;
2)大专或以上学历,学科不限;
3)熟练使用计算机软件。
具备以下条件,优先考虑:
1)旅游,酒店相关课程认证;
2)有一定旅游的经验或旅游领域的知识;
3)有相关工作经验。
具备能力:
1)有较好的团队合作意识,对待工作态度积极;
2)较好的客服服务意识;
3)愿意接受 7*24/小时制的工作时间;
4)较强的抗压能力与工作完成能力;
5)良好的沟通技巧与人际关系处理能力。
Key Responsibility Areas:
To be able to provide high standard of customer service experience to the customer over the phone & emails;
Act as a team player & co-ordinate with airlines, hotels and other partners to facilitate customer reservations.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Cantonese language is a must;
Associate Graduation or equivalent in any discipline;
Computer literacy.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in either travel/hotel related courses;
Prior experience or knowledge of travel domain;
Working experience in related domain.
Personal Attributes:
Should be a team player with positive attitude;
Passion for rendering customer service;
Should be willing to work in 7*24 environment;
Ability to multi-task & withstand pressure;
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
