Occupational Experience:

University of bachelor degree or above with engineering related, Knowledge in Electrical, mechanical and electrical integration, automation; experience in machining or optical field preferred;

Major Duties:

Responsible for sourcing for direct materials relating to production；

Call for tender and quotes, evaluate vendors' capability, quality, reliability and price competitiveness, negotiate with/award contracts within specified spending limits, and develop new qualified sources of supply；

Supplier audit & management; market information research；

Tracking price movement of strategic materials for cost down, on-time-delivery performance, and other KPIs.；

BOM cost evaluation for new projects;

Interaction with relative depts. Such as QA, Material Control, Engineering；

Other issues assigned by supervisor;

Job Requirements:

Major Duties:

Act Finance Costing Accountant, Perform monthly closing in costing, ensure correctness of costing information;

Correct accounting for inventory, including investigating physical count variance, slowing moving material, obsolete inventory;

Maintain and update standard cost, perform cost roll up with reviewing bills of materials and routings for accuracy and post in the system;

Be responsible for Fixed assets module, including accouting settlement in ERP, regular physical check;

Be responsible for R&D accounting, coordinate with TC  to do R&D costing in order to meet related requirment;

Monitor the GAP between the IFRS and China GAAP , and settle the relating accouting;

Check production information, such as confirmed standard hours,  and find out ERP interface errors and fix them;

Provide analysis reports on different cost elements monthly, prepare reports and inform local management if abnormal, with chasing reason and correction plan for the unreasonable variance;

Arrange physical inventory stocktaking and coordinate other departments to improve current procedure;

Monitors actual cost& expense /project progress against established budgets, schedule and scope;

Provide needed data/calculation to production teams and prepare related reporting/cost analysis to local management.;

Assist in calculation of cost savings for budget/plan and measurement of actual savings;

Other duties assigned by Finance Manager.

The IT Engineer (Global Infrastructure) supports MORITEX global IT infrastructure systems. Includes WAN/LAN, Firewall, IDC, Server Room and all application servers such as Exchange server, SAP ECC Server, Lync, AD, SCCM and VM systems and so on. The sites includes MORITEX HQ, MORITEX Shenzhen factory, MORITEX Hong Kong IDC and other sales offices worldwide. 
-Maintain and monitor all network, security and computer systems to meet the organization's current and future requirements.
-Responsible for management, maintenance and architecture of storage, virtualized environment, servers, network devices, and productivity tools.
-Monitor systems and identify performance issues proactively.
-Work within strict time frames and elevate incidents within defined timeframes.
-Test all changes to networks, hardware, software, and hosted applications.
-Monitors service delivery compliance to budget, quality standards and customer and business stakeholder requirements.
-Coordination related to design and setup activities at different stages of a project.
-Work with various vendors and service providers to ensure productive environment.
-Resolve issues and prepare status reviews and reports.
-Professionally represent the infrastructure team as a technical consultant on projects. 
-Maintain the necessary project plans and documentation of all system builds and modifications.

2、3年以上工作经验, 镜头设计或生产、测试评价、生产相关工作经验; 

3、熟悉镜头的开发过程，新产品导入流程和镜头的评价; 

4、熟练使用Solidworks绘图软件；能够独立完成3D、2D、BOM和产品规格书等相关标准文件的建立。

主要职责:

1、负责机器视觉镜头产品的新产品导入，包括和光学工程师确定设计测试方案，完成测试系统或治具的具体设计，组装并调试测试系统或治具，对新镜头进行评价测试并且分析和解决测试过程中的问题，顺利生产后交付生产部门; 

2、新产品导入过程中的图纸核对、包装设计、BOM/Routing在系统中创建及进度跟踪; 

3、新镜头的结构开发设计，配合光学工程师完成最终整个系统的设计; 

4、能够使用Solidworks完成3D、2D图的输出，BOM表、产品使用说明书和相关制造规范等标准的建立,并且维护在PDM系统中; 

5、承担产品结构、零部件的详细设计，样机的打样、试制、和测试；公差分析和DFMA检查；与制造工程师进行产品结构和组装功能方面的评估；打样样品评估、设计更改和零件最终的承认并且制作报告; 

6、负责技术工艺培训，对生产线进行技术指导；采取新工艺、新技术、新材料以提高产品质量。
