职位描述

Primary responsibilities

※ Lead Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) Team in the selection, qualification, and development of suppliers internationally.

※ Lead activities within the Procurement Team to improve the supplier quality, delivery, and performance for Direct Material Suppliers (electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical components as well as some raw materials and finished goods).

※ Lead the issue resolution and root-cause analysis processes associated with supplier quality issues.

※ Direct PPAP – production part approval process - qualification activities associated with new parts as part of new product development projects, and re-qualify parts as part of supplier transition projects.

※ Coordinate the audit and approval of new suppliers (QPA/QSA).

※ Be an expert on Supplier Quality Tools - Lead / Assist with roll out, training and implementation of Supplier Quality tools for suppliers.

※ Lead and support efforts to fully realize cost savings opportunities.

※ Fluent using basic quality tools.

※ Understanding of precision metrology techniques.

※ Project Management - will be expected to identify and implement projects with a high impact to the business. As such, should possess proven track record of successful leadership of high impact projects.

※ Demonstrated capability in identifying Best Practices and leadership in successful implementation.

※ Exposure to Value Engineering, Lean Systems thinker, Change agent

※ Must be willing to work in a results based, fast paced environment, with minimal supervision.

Basic Qualifications:

※ Bachelor's Degree.

※ Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Manufactory Engineering, Supplier Quality Management or Engineering areas.

※ Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience with direct report responsibilities.


Additional Qualifications:

※ Mechanical Engineering degree or Electrical Engineering degree is highly preferred.

※ At least 3-5 years work experience and strong knowledge related to the manufacturing, design, and use of Mechanical/Electrical components.

※ Six Sigma Green Belt certification desired. Black Belt / Lean Expert certification preferred.

※ Experience with ISO standards and supplier quality auditing.

※ Strong knowledge of QS, TS, and APQP standards and processes preferred.

※ Strong background in Statistical Process Control, capability analysis (Cp, Cpk).

Logistics manager (Customs Declaration & Wahrehosue management)物流经理(报关和仓库管理)


Job Requirements职位需求::

Formal Education and Training

- Bachelor degree in preferably with an advanced degree in tax, finance and accounting, international foreign trade or law.

Occupational Experience

- Above 8 years experience in logistics, customs and trade experience , above 3 years managerial experience, good analytical ability and problem solving skills, team work, lean management

Additional Knowledge Requirements

- SAP/ERP applications

- Familiar with warehouse management, import & export process, local custom and CIQ regulations, international trade regulation and , ESH & Lean concept

- Oral/ written English is preferred.


Major duties: 主要职责:

1. Responsible for all customs declaration operations.

a) Take full responsibitliites of customs document to ensure the accurancy and compliance.

b) Ensure the accuracy of the routine import and export declarations, the new BOMs declaration and the accurate of the Handbooks.

c) Reconciliation between physical inventories with the records in Customs handbooks monthly.

d) Conduct all internal and external Customs Compliance audits.

e) Match the import and export declaration sheets with the data in Forex Management Bureau.

f) Manage the disposal of scraps within the allowances of Customs' approval.

g) Maintain a good relationship of related Customs departments.

2. Responsible for warehouse management.

a) Take full responsibilities of non-bonded and bonded warehouse to ensure the accuracy of computer-stock records compared to physical stock of items

b) Warehouse Planning, layouts and arrangements

c) Receiving, releasing and storage of inventory and sample stocks

d) Coordinating annual stock counts

e) Supervision and leadership of warehouse staff

f) Coordination of all outward freight arrangements

g) Annual review of freight charges and quotations comparisons

h) Insurance claims processing and attendance to claims inspections

i) Accuracy of computer-stock records compared to physical stock of items

j) Ensuring safe work practices are undertaken by all staff

k) Other reasonable duties, as and when requested for

l) Assist in hands-on receiving and dispatching of inventories

3. Create policies and procedures for warehouse and customs declaration.

4. Ensure all transaction in SAP is correctly and timely.

5. Supervision: leads, promotes, and motivates the employees within his/her area of responsibility (especially performance appraisal and goal setting agreement, successor and representative planning, personnel development and training measures).

6. Responsible for supporting Lean and internal audit project.

7. Under the arrangement, lead and support Lean project’s implementation.

8. Conduct regular internal audit implementation.

9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Major Duties:

Plan, direct, and monitor all purchasing and material planning activities to ensure a cost, speed, quality effective to fulfill business requirements.

1)Purchasing: 

-Responsible for the supervision of company sourcing process to ensure the implementation of sourcing plans and policies.

-Set up the purchasing plan according to the company target, lead the purchasing team to implement the plan, timely follow-up and feedback the implementation process.

-Control the price and quality of all kinds of purchasing goods, 

-Set up the purchasing management system, standardize the purchasing work.

-Improve the operation process, set up the quantifiable, verifiable and scientific purchasing process.

-Making new product development plan, formulate effective supply chain improvement plan according to the actual production ability and the technical ability.

-Manage and coordinate the relationship with main suppliers,develop new suppliers, effectively control the purchase cost.

2)Material Resource Planning

-Ensuring that materials are available for production and products are available for delivery to customers

-Maintaining the lowest possible level of inventory.

3)Supervision

-Leads, promotes, and motivates the employees within his/her area of responsibility (especially performance appraisal and goal setting agreement, successor and representative planning, personnel development and training measures).

4)EHS

-Ensures adherence to and monitoring of legal laws and internal regulations concerning EHS in his/her organizational unit and is occasionally involved in the development of new concepts and directives in close coorperation with EHS site advisor. Ensures implementation of the concepts in his/her area of responsibility and takes care of the corresponding instruction and training of his/her employees.

5)Lean-Manufacturing

-Assist and support the lean activities
