一、岗位职责

1、负责电机控制器的电路设计和layout以及BOM管理.

Responsible for traction inverter schematic capture, layout design and BOM management.

2、负责根据需求来对功率半导体及相关电路器件如薄膜电容，外围电压电流传感器，母线进行选型。 Responsible for power semiconductor devices such as film/Y capacitor, external voltage/current sensor and busbar selection based on system specs.

3、负责系统层面的电气仿真来预估系统损耗和IGBT结温和效率估算。

Responsible for system-level simulation to predict system losses and IGBT junction temperatures and efficiency measurement.

4、负责逆变器的前期功能验证和优化，以确保产品能顺利通过DV测试。

Responsible for inverter system function verification and optimization, make sure the product could pass DV test.

5、协助软件工程师来对产品参数进行调整，以适应台架和整车的标定。

Cooperate with software engineers to adjust system variables in order to fulfill bench and vehicle calibration.

6、制定产品规格书，DV/PV计划，线下测试等文档，确保产品从原型到量产的顺利进行。

Draft documents like tranction inverter specifications, DV/PV plan, end-of-line test, etc. Go through the process from prototyping to mass production.

二、任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，电力电子，电气自动化相关专业等相关专业;

Bachelor degree or above；Major in power electronics, electrical engineering.

2、3年及以上电力电子硬件岗位工作经验，有汽车行业工作经验者优先。

At least 3 years power electronics hardware working experience, automotive industry experience is preferred.

3、熟悉IGBT，SiC MOSFET等高压大功率半导体器件的特性

Familiar with attributes of high power semiconductor devices like IGBT and SiC MOSFET.

4、熟悉薄膜电容，外围传感器和高压母线等器件的特性

Familiar with film capacitor, external voltage/current sensor and busbar.

5、熟悉逆变器工作原理 Familiar with principles of traction inverter works.

6、熟悉简单的电力电子热模型建立

Familiar with basic power electronics thermal model.

7、具备逆变器电路开发和优化能力, 包括控制电路和驱动电路。

Be ability of developing and optimizing inverter electric circuitry including control board and drive board.

8、具备功能安全ISO26262的知识，并将功能安全应用到产品开发之中。

Be ability of function safety development in the field of power electronic in order to meet the requirements of corresponding standards of ISO 26262.

9、掌握英语六级，进行英语日常交流；日语是加分项

CET-6 and above is must for oral and written English; Japanese is preferred.

Role(职责)

1. 负责电机控制器、OBC、DCDC、PDU的结构设计方案及方案优化

Be responsible for the electrical control, OBC, DCDC, PDU mechanical structure design and scheme optimization.

2. 针对客户需求分析、方案交流和成本估算设计; 

Design with program requirement analysis, scheme discussion and cost;

3. 负责产品机械结构与客户/供应商的技术接口；

Take charge as interface with customer and suppliers for mechanical parts;

4. 与日本技术总部做技术对接，支持日本技术总部完成新产品的开发。

Be responsible for technical discussion with Japan technical HQ to support local new product development.

5. 根据技术评审要求及时准备技术文档，并按时提交，完成设计评审。

Prepare technical documents according to technical review requirements, submit them on time, and complete design review.

6. 电驱产品的试制、样机的准备与跟踪。 

E-axle Prototype make, preparation and tracking.

7. 按需要制定问题的调查策略，跟踪并协调其他部门完成问题调查。

Make the investigation strategy, follow up and coordinate with other departments to complete the investigation.

8. 按需求支持其他部门与客户的沟通。

Support other departments to communicate with customers according to requirements.

9. 完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

二、任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，机械工程，机电一体化，控制工程等相关专业;

Bachelor degree or above；Mechanical engineering, mechatronics, control engineering and other related majors

2、3年以上OBC/DCDC/电机控制器研发经验优先；

   More than 3 years of OBC / DCDC / electrical control design experience is preferred.

3、熟悉功率电路原理和设计，如Flyback，PSFB， LLC，PFC， half-bridge，Full-bridge。Familiar with power circuit principle and design, such as Flyback，PSFB， LLC，PFC， half-bridge，Full-bridge。

4、熟悉一项仿真软件，如Multisim， SIMetrix/Simplis等。

   Familiar with a simulation software，Such as Multisim，SIMetrix/Simplis

5、熟悉功率电路及环路补偿器的设计和验证。

   Familiar with power circuit and loop compensator design and verification.

6、电力电子技术、数电模电基础扎实，试验动手能力强。

   Strong foundation of power electronics technology, digital electricity,ana log electricity, and strong practical ability.

7、有功率电子方面经验的优先。

Experience in power electronics is preferred.

8、理解团队精神含义，善于换位思考问题，善于自我表达，勇于承担责任。

Understand the meaning of team spirit, be good at transposition thinking, have the courage to express themselves and take responsibility.

9、掌握英语四级，进行英语日常交流；日语是加分项

 CET-4 and above is must for oral and written English; Japanese is preferred.

Role(职责)

1. 负责电机控制器软件的需求分析和管理；

Responsible for electrical control unit software requirement analysis and management;

2. 负责电机控制器应用层软件之间，应用层和底层软件间的接口分析和实现；

Responsible for interface analysis and implementation between ASW and BSW;

3. 负责电机控制器应用层软件的功能开发，如电机控制策略，温度估算模型等；

Responsible for the ASW function development, such as motor control strategy, temperature estimation model, etc;

4. 负责电机控制器应用层故障诊断和通讯功能的开发；

Responsible for electrical control unit diagnosis and communication development;

5. 负责电机控制器应用层模块的MIL,SIL测试验证，协助完成HIL测试；

Responsible for software component MIL, SIL test and support HIL test;

6. 负责维护电机控制器软件的开发流程和文档管理；

Responsible for maintaining the software development process and document management

7. 支持三合一电驱动在台架和整车上的标定和调试；

Support the calibration and debugging on test bench and vehicle;

二、任职资格

1. 计算机科学与技术、软件工程、自动化、电机控制相关专业，本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验；

Major in computer science and technology, software engineering, automation, motor control related, bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years working experience;

2. 熟悉AUTOSAR 软件开发架构，具备MATLAB / SIMULINK模型的电机控制器应用层软件开发经验者优先；

Familiar with AUTOSAR SW architecture; Experience in ASW software development of motor controller based on MATLAB / Simulink model is preferred;

3. 熟悉新能源汽车驱动电机的控制算法,如SPWM，FOC等；

Familiar with E-drive motor control algorithm such as SPWM and FOC;

4. 熟悉常用的软件开发和标定工具，如：PREEvision/DaVinci/CANoe / CANape 等

Familiar with development and calibration tools, such as PREEvision/DaVinci/CANoe/ CANape, etc

5. 了解功能安全和网络安全相关知识；

Knowledge of functional safety and cyber security; 

6. 了解ASPICE流程的相关知识；

Knowledge of ASPICE process;

7. 良好的英语书写和口语表达能力，日语是加分项；具有强烈的责任心和执行能力。

工作职责：

1.  永磁同步电机结构设计开发（公差分析，轴承设计和选型，轴承以及轴的强度校核，壳体设计，密封设计，冷却设计，工艺分析等）。 Structure design for PMM (tolerance analysis, bearing design and selection, strength evaluation for bearing and shaft, Motor house design, sealing design, cooling design, process analysis, etc.). 

 2.   与日本技术总部做技术对接，支持日本技术总部完成新产品的开发。 As technical communication window with Japan technical headquarters, support Japan technical headquarters to complete the development of new products. 

 3.  根据技术评审要求及时准备技术文档，并按时提交，完成设计评审。 Prepare technical documents according to technical review requirements, submit them on time, and complete design review. 

 4.  电驱产品的试制、样机的准备与跟踪。 Prototype make E-axle, preparation and tracking. 

 5.  按需要制定问题的调查策略，跟踪并协调其他部门完成问题调查。 Make the investigation strategy, follow up and coordinate with other departments to complete the investigation. 

 6.  按需求支持其他部门与客户的沟通。 Support other departments to communicate with customers according to requirements.

工作职责：

1. 制定和维护电驱动系统的标定计划和标定方案。

Define and maintain plan of electric drive-system calibration.

2. 执行电驱动系统的标定，数据分析，验证和结果汇报。

Implement electric drive-system calibration, data analysis, validation and result report.

3. 管理标定数据。

Manage calibration dataset.

4. 与客户一起参加电驱动相关的性能评估，评估标定状态。

Participate EDS performance evaluation together with customer, review calibration status.

5. 参加户外标定。

Do outdoor calibration and test with customer.

6. 对标定相关的客户需求和问题排查解决给出快速响应。

Fast reaction to customer requirement and trouble shooting.

7. 与客户和合作方一起制定、维护控制器的测试计划。

Define and maintain plan of inverter test.

8. 管理第三方的控制器测试进程，并有能力进行试验准备和执行控制器测试。

Manage the inverter test process of the third party, and have the ability to prepare for the test and execute the inverter/MCU test.

9. 管理控制器测试结果，报告和其他客户所需的交付物。

Manage inverter test results, reports and other deliverables required by customers.

10.按 8D 流程主导测试失效的调查，推进相关方 8D 报告的完成。

Lead the investigation of test failure according to 8D process and promote the completion of 8D report of relevant parties.

11.定期向内部和客户汇报测试进展，及时汇报测试失效，快速响应客户诉求。

Regularly report test progress to internal and customers, timely report test failure, and quickly respond to customer demands

12.钻研测试法规，积累和总结测试经验，改进测试方法，优化测试流程。

Study the test regulations, accumulate and summarize the test experience,improve the test methods and optimize the test process.

13.协助和推动设计部门改进产品设计。

Assist and promote the design department to improve product design.

14.完成上级指派的其他工作任务。

工作内容：

① FA伺服驱动器新产品的电子电路部分的硬件研发、评测以及相关业务。

② 参与新产品的设计研发，对应电路CAD制图、样品试做、性能以及可靠性评价测试。

③ 对现存产品的设计改良，针对问题发生机理的调查，以及对策方案的检讨，并推进落实。

④ 量产课题：包括BOM维护，各类元器件的代品寻找以及开发，合理化检讨，配合产线推进改善工作。

⑤ 新产品的开发/设计变更的项目管理。

⑥ 设计/测试以及其他文档的编写，归纳和整理。

任职要求：

① 电子信息科学与技术，电力电子技术，自动化等相关专业本科以上

② 掌握基本电子元器件、功率器件如IGBT、IPM等的原理以及应用电路，

能够分析相关的电路原理图以及PCB布线图。

③ 有示波器、万用表等相关电子检测仪器的使用经验，能够焊接贴片元器件。

④ 从事电路硬件设计1年或以上的工作经验，有FA伺服硬件开发、开关电源等经验优先。

① 本科以上，电子、自动化相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验；

② 具备一定的项目管理和团队管理能力；有独立开发经验

④ 有从事变频器、伺服电机驱动器、自动化控制器等工作经验者优先
