Qualification:
工作要求:
1、 college degree or above,pleasing personality,good image and affinity;
男女不限,大专及以上学历,性格开朗,五官端正;
2、At least 5 years HR working experience,at least 2 years recruiting experience in equipment mainte***ce,work experience in a foreign company or head hunting company is preferred,have rich practical experience on talents discovery,introduction,organization and adjustment;
5年以上人力资源领域工作经验,至少2年以上大型制造行业招聘主管工作经验,有欧美等大型外资集团企业或猎头工作经历优先,对人才的发现与引进、组织与人员调整等具有丰富的实践经验;
3、Creative and innovative thinking,wide vision of recruitment, familiar with the new media recruitment methods;
思维活跃,招聘视野开阔,熟悉社交等新媒介招聘方式;
4、Proactive,result oriented,self-motivation and self-regulation,Ability to build trustful relationships and networks,strong ability to take great pressure.
工作积极主动、结果导向,有较好的自我激励,自我调节能力,具有良好的沟通协调能力及抗压能力。

2、Responsible for draft company recruitment plan;
负责拟定公司招聘方案;
3、Responsible for the talent recruitment to meet department manpower needs;
监督执行招聘工作,满足公司各部门的用人需求;
4、Responsible for establishing,developing and maintaining the recruiting channel;
负责招聘渠道的建立、开发及评估;
5、Optimize recruitment process,shorten the recruiting cycle,improve the efficiency of recruitment.
优化招聘流程,缩短招聘周期,提高招聘效率。
