Service Technician(服务工程师)
工作内容:
1)为客户提供线上线下技术服务支持。
2)快速响应(通常在24小时内),跟进客户的问题或投诉,并在需要时拜访客户。
3)在CRM中跟踪RMA,并将退货记录在表中。
4)制定服务计划,现场拜访客户并帮忙解决问题。
5)每周举行会议,复盘团队内部的问题和RMA跟进情况,并开展合作。
6)对主要工作的内容进行月度汇报。
7)及时执行呼叫中心接受到的客户任务。
8)正常的客户拜访和良好的沟通。
9)一定程度的反馈或分析报告。
10)与客户保持良好的沟通和关系,使客户满意。
11)为客户提供一些关于产品或Ananda线上服务网站的培训。
12)支持服务过程的优化,提高效率。
13)支持拜访客户以获得某些其他支持,如支持业务。
14)遇到问题,应共同沟通并制定服务计划,共同合作拜访。
15)团队安排的其他重要任务。
岗位要求:
1)有组装或修理工业产品和设备的经验。有PCBA焊接经验和技能者优先。
2)至少2年相关产品的客服服务经验。
3)至少是中等教育水平。
4)具备日语和英文沟通能力,会说中文是加分项。
5)方便在日本全职开展工作。
6)能接受必要的出差活动。
7)熟练微软办公软件和ERP系统操作。
Job information
1)Provide certain support for certain issues to customer online or offline.
2)Respond quickly (normally within 24h) and follow customer's issues or complaints, and visit customer if need.
3)Following RMA in CRM and record the returns to customer in on-line list.
4)Service Planning for next week 50%, need plan for more visiting to customer side for service.
5)Weekly meeting to review about issues and RMA following within team and need cooperation.
6)One basic Monthly report about the main work.
7)Need to follow the related task list of call center project by time line.
8)Normal customer visiting and good communication.
9)Certain feedback or analysis report.
10)Keep good communication and relationship with customers for customer satisfication.
11)Make some certain training for customers about products or Ananda link.
12)Service process review together to make more efficient.
13)Support visiting cusotmers for some certain other support, like supporting business.
14)Responsible for certain customer by each service member, also need cooperation for visiting and support together if many issues, should communication together for the service planning.
15)Other important job arranged by company team.
Job requirements
1)Experience in assembling or repairing industrial products and equipment.
PCBA welding experience and skill is preferred.
2)2+ years experiences customer service work experience.
3)Minimum secondary level of education.
4)Must be fluent in Japanese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
5)Must be based in Japan and available for full-time employment.
6)Be willing and able to travel as necessary for business purposes.
7)Good knowledge of MS Office and any ERP System.
